Cubs

Develop new skills. Soar to great heights. Being a Cub opens up a whole other world.

Meeting

Cubs is the second section in the scouting family, after beavers and before scouts. A cub is typically 8 to 10.5 years old. We run an active and exciting programme every week night, their commitment is recognised by over thirty activity badges. As well as having weekend activities and weekend camps through the year for some cubs it will be their first chance to spend a night away from home.

Cubs currently meet Wednesday 7:00pm – 8:15pm

Cub team members

All of our leaders are trained volunteers, working to make sure Scouting is safe, inclusive and accessible. Some lead the Pack week in and week out. Others visit occasionally to help run a session or drop in to share their skills.
