Scouts have restarted for 2025 with their first evening of a welcome evening for our new scouts on the next stage of their scouting journey.
The evening also involved team building activities as the scouts were reorganised into four patrols.
One of the activities was to build a tall tower out of cards. Luckily, we had a lot of old playing cards that needed to be recycled, so what better way than to use them in an activity first. Scouts could cut the cards to help strengthen their towers.
There were some great constructions and some that did fall over, but we’re quite tall before falling. We’ll done all, excellent effort.
